Profile image

Hello! I am a programmer with over 10 years experience in financial services, online transaction processing and distributed application programming.

I am driven by my desire to solve complex problems – whether directly related to code, usability, or getting the best out of teams. This fundamental skill is a key driver for satisfaction in the work that I do.

I have travelled extensively across the globe, achieved a top 5 ranking in Victorian women’s downhill biking and recently completed a year of studying education, which has begun my exploration into how education can play a role in shaping my future career.

I am interested in leadership, education, diversity, health and fitness. I highly value organisations that support innovation and independent thinking.

Feel free to drop me a line at hello@lichingli.com.au or connect with me on linked in.
